It’s hard to say how long your symptoms will last bcas I have found length of time smoked and amount smoked affects the length and severity of quitting symptoms. These problems may be enough to motivate you to change, but for sustained motivation, you may want to consider the positive change that may happen. I just don’t know how much longer I can do this. God helped me through that habit unscathed.
